International brands dominate on the market of agricultural production resources – 04.02.2011
Association “Ukrainian Agribusiness Club” and Kyiv International Contract Fair conducted the rewarding ceremony of the winners and laureates of the annual contest “AGROBRAND” in the context of “InterAgro-2011”. Competition results indicate that, despite the competition from the side of domestic brands, international brands dominate the market of agricultural resources in Ukraine.

Ministry of agricultural policy of Ukraine to provide John Deere the State guarantee to supply up to 1000 combines within National project “Grain of Ukraine”
Ministry of agricultural policy and food of Ukraine plans to provide John Deere Company (USA) the State guarantee to supply agricultural producers of Ukraine with highly efficient grain harvesting machinery within National project “Grain of Ukraine”. Within the project up to 1000 combines will be supplied.

In two months capitalization of agricultural companies has upped by 10%
During recent 7 weeks market capitalization of Ukrainian public companies of agro industry has grown by 3%. According to data of the Ukrainian Agribusiness Club (UCAB) at the beginning of September total capitalization of 14 Ukrainian agro companies on global stock markets was $5.9 billion but to date it’s already more than $6.5 billion.
