Ukraine to pay 179.5 usd/1,000 cubic metres for Russian gas in 2008
Russia and Ukraine have reached an agreement on the gas price of 179.5 usd per 1,000 cubic metres for 2008 for Russian gas delivered to Ukraine, Russian gas company Gazprom.
According to the information of Gazprom, the transit rate through the Ukrainian territory will make up 1.7 usd per thousand cubic meters for a distance of 100 km, through the Russian territory for Ukraine – 1.7 usd per thousand cubic meters for a distance of 100 km.
