According to the draft of resolution, the moratorium for sales of agricultural lands may be prolonged till the end of 2009
According to the new graft of resolution No 1051, registered in the Verkhovna Rada, the sales-and-purchase of agricultural lands would be banned till January 01, 2010.
In addition, this document stipulates what law regulates the order of exchanging the lands of agricultural destination.
