The Committee recommends to adopt the draft of the agricultural receipts
It is proposed by the project # 9610 to establish such an alternative method of credit the agricultural manufacturers as credits, secured by the future crop. In particular, the authors of the project define the agricultural receipt to be a document that sets the unconditional obligation of the debtor's receipt of shipping, referred in this document, of agricultural production, quality, quantity, location and time of delivery.
